What is EBOO?
Oxygenate, ozonate, filter and purify your blood aka “The Human Oil Change”
EBOO (Extracorporeal Blood Oxygenation and Ozonation) is the most advanced form of IV ozone therapy available today. This cutting-edge treatment gently removes harmful toxins from the bloodstream while infusing it with a precise dose of medical-grade ozone (O₃ oxygen) boosting detoxification and immune response at a cellular level.

Unlike standard ozone therapies, EBOO uses a specialized dialysis-like filter that processes 2–3 liters of blood per session. As blood circulates outside the body, it is both ozonated and filtered, removing pesticides, heavy metals, viruses, bacteria, and other environmental toxins. These unwanted compounds are filtered out while vital blood proteins and nutrients remain intact, last the EBOO machine incorporates several UV lights before the blood returns to your body, these lights neutralize pathogens in the blood, boosting the overall antimicrobial effects of the treatment.
What is Ozone (O3)?
Ozone, or O₃, is a naturally occurring, energy-rich molecule made up of three oxygen atoms. Thanks to its unique chemical and biological properties, ozone therapy is increasingly used alongside standard treatments to help address diseases, viruses, and common health concerns.

Ozone has actually been studied for decades, with over 3,000 published medical articles exploring its effectiveness and safety. It acts as a natural detoxifier, Functions as a natural antiviral, antibiotic, antifungal, and antiparasitic agent. Ozone also Boosts and balances the immune system, helps reduce chronic inflammation, supports healthy mitochondrial function, & improves blood quality and circulation.
Not all Ozone is the same
The most common form of ozone therapy is the ozone saline drip (IV). In this method, ozone gas is bubbled through a saline solution for a few minutes before being infused into your bloodstream. However, this process does not guarantee that a specific or consistent amount of ozone actually reaches your body or blood. We’re not saying it’s a complete waste of effort or money, but it’s far less effective than other ozone delivery methods. Unfortunately, it remains the most widely offered option because it’s easier, cheaper, and requires less expertise to administer.

A more advanced ozone therapy is the 5 Pass (or 10 Pass) IV Ozone Therapy. This refers to the number of times your blood is mixed with ozone during the treatment. Typically, about 200 ml of blood is drawn using a vacuum system, then heparinized to prevent clotting. It is then mixed with ozone in a sterile glass container and re-infused into your body. This process is repeated five times in one session, meaning that a total of approximately 1,000 ml of blood is oxygenated. A single session usually takes about 60 to 90 minutes to complete.
In comparison, EBOO (Extracorporeal Blood Oxygenation and Ozonation) machines can treat up to 3,000 ml of blood per session. Considering that the average adult has about 5 liters of blood (depending on the individual), EBOO treats roughly 60% of your total blood volume. This is significantly higher than the 15–20% treated with 5 Pass IV Ozone Therapy and far greater than the estimated 2% reached with an ozone saline drip.
What is the difference between Ozone & EBOO?
How does EBOO compare to standard ozone therapy?
While ozone therapy in general can offer benefits, most ozone clinics only provide basic ozone treatments — typically an IV ozone saline drip. In this method, ozone gas is simply bubbled through a saline solution for a few minutes before it’s infused back into the body. Unfortunately, this process doesn’t ensure that any meaningful or consistent amount of ozone actually reaches your blood, making it far less effective than people realize. Even more advanced forms like 5 Pass IV ozone therapy — where your blood is mixed with ozone multiple times in a session — treat only about a 15% of your total blood volume.

EBOO (Extracorporeal Blood Oxygenation and Ozonation) is in a completely different league. Instead of relying on ozone passing through saline, EBOO runs your blood through a sophisticated closed-loop system where it is directly oxygenated and ozonated, then passed through UV light to help neutralize pathogens. Unlike 5 Pass, EBOO can treat up to 3–4 times more blood in a single session — roughly 60% of your entire blood volume. This makes EBOO dramatically more powerful at clearing out mold, microplastics, lingering pathogens, and other hidden toxins that traditional ozone drips simply can’t touch. If you’re serious about deep, whole-body detoxification, disease prevention, and truly optimizing your health at the cellular level, EBOO stands far above any basic ozone therapy.
How does EBOO work?
During EBOO therapy, two IVs are placed — one in each arm. Blood is drawn through one IV catheter and passed through a dialyzer in a closed, continuous system. As it circulates, the blood is exposed to medical-grade ozone and oxygen and then passes through a series of UV lights that help neutralize pathogens. The cleaned, filtered, ozonated, and purified blood is then returned to your body through the second IV. In a typical session, about 2–3 liters of blood are treated.

Our EBOO system is completely closed, so your blood is never exposed to outside air, eliminating the risk of contamination. Most treatment plans recommend 2–3 sessions, spaced about seven days apart, to ensure that nearly all of your blood is thoroughly treated. Depending on individual health goals and conditions, additional maintenance sessions may be suggested.

EBOO is known for its powerful ability to help eliminate bacteria, viruses, harmful toxins, and stubborn pathogens — while deeply oxygenating and revitalizing your blood. As the most advanced form of ozone therapy, EBOO can benefit your body in ways that go far beyond what most people realize, supporting anti-aging, disease prevention, and much more (see list below).
Add 20+ Years to your Life!
In the United States, the average man who dies from a heart attack the nation’s leading cause of death is just 65 years old. In contrast, men who don’t die of a heart attack live to an average age of 81 — and that’s without ever detoxifying their bodies of toxins, mold, microplastics, viruses, and other hidden threats, or raising their blood’s oxygen levels in a meaningful way.
You have a choice. You can follow the same path as most men — neglect prevention and face the same odds of an early heart attack and death at 65. Or you can take charge of your health now. By incorporating EBOO therapy into your life, alongside a good diet and regular exercise, you can dramatically reduce your risk of cardiovascular disease/ heart attack — and potentially add 20, even 30 more healthy years to your life. And that’s with today’s science alone — just imagine what the next decades could hold.

EBOO (Extracorporeal Blood Oxygenation and Ozonation) therapy isn’t just about treating symptoms—it’s about creating an environment within your body where disease has less of a chance to take hold. By increasing the availability of oxygen at the cellular level, EBOO helps to prevent a range of conditions that could shorten your lifespan, providing a unique opportunity to add years to your life.
“The Link Between Oxygen and Health”
The concept that the presence of oxygen is the absence of disease is grounded in science. Oxygen is vital for cellular health, energy production, and the body’s ability to repair damaged tissues. When your body is oxygenated properly, the immune system is more efficient, cells are more resilient, and the body is better equipped to fight off pathogens, inflammation, and toxic buildup.
On the flip side, a lack of oxygen can contribute to a range of chronic conditions, including cardiovascular disease, cancer, autoimmune disorders, and neurodegenerative diseases—conditions that can drastically shorten life expectancy. By maintaining optimal oxygen levels through EBOO, you support the body’s natural defenses, potentially preventing the onset of these life-threatening diseases.
“EBOO: A Preventive, Long-Term Health Strategy”
With three treatments in three weeks followed by 1–2 treatments annually, EBOO provides a sustained improvement in oxygen utilization and detoxification. The detoxification aspect helps to remove environmental toxins, which are often linked to chronic disease development, while the oxygenation process enhances circulation, supports cellular function, and boosts the immune system.
The result is a body that functions at a higher level, with an improved ability to fend off infections, fight inflammation, and manage oxidative stress—all of which are contributing factors to aging and disease. Think of it like a tune-up for your body, helping to prevent the “wear and tear” that typically leads to serious health issues over time.
“The 20-Year Life Extension Argument”
While there’s no single treatment that guarantees a set number of years of life, studies suggest that proactive health measures like consistent oxygenation and detoxification—the very principles EBOO targets—are linked to longer, healthier lifespans. For example, increased oxygenation has been shown to enhance mitochondrial function, reduce chronic inflammation, and improve blood flow, all of which can delay the aging process and help prevent conditions that could shorten life expectancy.
By consistently using EBOO in a preventative manner (3 treatments in 3 weeks, followed by 1-2 treatments yearly), it’s reasonable to suggest that you can avoid or delay the onset of chronic, life-threatening diseases, giving you more years of healthy living. This strategy could contribute, on average, to adding 20 years or more to your life, particularly when combined with a healthy diet and active lifestyle.
“Why It Works”
This method isn’t about treating a specific disease—it’s about creating an environment in which disease is far less likely to thrive. By improving cellular oxygen levels, reducing toxin buildup, and enhancing immune function, EBOO helps the body maintain its resilience against the factors that typically lead to chronic illness.
In essence, with regular EBOO treatments, you’re not just extending your life—you’re enhancing the quality of that life, giving you more time to live without the burden of preventable diseases.
